I always do my duediligence before making a major purchase, and a roof is a major purchase. I had already had lined up a company to do a layover new roof, when I decided to get one more estimate. Seth Culbertson from Commonwealth Roofing showed up on my doorstep and said Mr. Shea, let me see what I can do for you. Not only did he beat the competitor by several thousand dollars, but it included a tearoff of my old roof. I was able to get a superion dimensional shingle and was still able to save big time money. Seth Culbertson was kind and polite. Absolutely zero sales pressure. In a world where customer service is all but gone, it was nice to see a company that still supplies it.
